Hotspot hotshot: Rompin, the sailfish capital of the South China Sea

This billfish tells visitors they have arrived at Rompin. Though marlins are occasional hooked, a sailfish sculpture would have been better represented in this case.

Hello bro. You can’t puke if there is nothing in your stomach! You should be able to survive on a little water for that day.

Not really. We ate and drank (no alcohol) as usual as we would on land. In fact first dive was at 7:30am, so a breakfast before and a breakfast after the morning dive everyday for 4 days. Just had to take an anti motion sickness pill every morning at 6:30am to be sure. The Andaman Sea can be very rough at times.
